Default Mac Axlebacks Just Arrived...Are these defective? (PICS)

I got my new Mac mufflers in the mail and after looking at them, it seems each of them have a hanger that seems at an odd angle. I am not sure if it is supposed to be this way or if they are defective...The other two hangers are aligned straight up.

Anyone have an idea before I take it into the muffler shop?

I have never had macs, but I would say try them and if you can't get it to line up send them back. Sometimes hangers have goofy bends because of the mounting points.
One other thing, installing these axlebacks are really easy you should give it a try, could save ya 50-75 bucks if you don't mind getting your hands dirty.

You know, I just looked at the pic of the Macs on the Brenspeed site and from the picture it does look like the hangers are bent like mine. So, I may be alright. If anyone has them I would appreciate some confirmation! Looking forward to throwing these babies on tomorrow.

I actually was planning on doing this myself, but an old shoulder injury has been acting up, so I may need to take it in, especially if I need to muscle around with these hangers to get it aligned (and I don't have a lift so adjusting at the midpipe could be difficult).

BTW, for future reference what type and sizes of tools are necessary to install these?

I got mine from brenspeed and no problems here. They look like they maybe wrong but once you install it goes together in about a 1/2 hour to 45. Make sure when you install to make sure you put the hangers in the exact way you took them off the car. They can mount 2 ways and if you do it wrong you are going to think something is wrong (Been there LOL).

I just put mine on. You can do this easily yourself, and make it easier by unbolting the hangers instead of fighting them. I will go look under my car this morning and check the hangars for you and let you know.

It's an easy install, however my car is lowered so it was very tight to manuver underneath it...I would suggest jacking the car up and putting a small block under the tires for a litttle more clearance, esp if your shoulder is jacked up.
