put a dozen dents on the sid of his car (the side away from yours) if he won't pay (the jerk)
if some one did that to my car I might pour rubing alcohol everyday for a month on his car and ruin his paint

Do the right thing and do not damage his car.

my advice would be to:

1. Ask him to pay.

If he says no

2. Tell the school authorities and get your parents to talk to his parents.

I feel your pain man. The very next day after I took by brand new 07 GT/CS home, some asshat hits me backing out of a parking lot. Dinged the driver side rear fender chipped the paint and cracked my rear marker light. I thought I would throw up. After some buffing and polishing the marks came out and I replaced the marker light but I still have that damn dent. Its small and not really noticeable but I get pissed every time I see it. [:@]

That sucks man! I would have been seriously TNT PISSED! I always park my 05 away from everyone if I can help it for that matter. People like that drive me crazy... I would make him fix it out of pocket or his insurance... either way you do it get the dent out. You know it's there so that would bug me... no matter how small or big.

The drivers side front wheel well on my car looks as if someone intentionally opened their door into it about four times. It looks bad. Its all the way down to the bare metal and then some. I just have to grin and bare it.

Exactly. He has admitted it to you. If he thinks he isn't going to pay, there's small claims court. He can't lie in court unless he's interested in in spending time behind bars for perjury. We all know you have a mini cassette tape of your conversation with him.

(Nice) cars in college parking lots are 'ding magnets', you do know that right?

If you're serious about getting him to pay I would record your conversation with him. Buy a digital voice recorder if you don't have one, they have gotten really cheap and start recording when you start talking.

If you damage his car he will just damage yours worse. If you physically kick his *** he'll likely damage your car worse.

The only option is to kill him and despose of the body.
