lol yea i would've liked a longer carpet, aha one more day and then my dads gonna attempt to drive to ford because i told him im not gettin behin the wheel of it, til ford fixes it, and he's also talented at handlin the unexpected, i usually freeze up for a few seconds and dont even think about switchin into neutral

yea we all cool, the other forum scary..... a guy with a dodge had the same problem and they replaced his electronic throttle system, do we have the samething?

The best way to go is to have it checked for errors. Pedals sticking for any reason is not a good thing!

If you go to a track day you will find that you have to remove your floor mats to run the car.. they do not allow matts or anything that s not strapped down to move around freely in the car for fear that it can lodge under a pedal

This just happened to me... I almost hit a tree, I hit a pole on my way out back though because it got stuck again.

I think it is kind of a common problem. It happened to me once in my Acura Integra, and it happened just recently to my cousin in his GMC Jimmy. No accidents though.

My O7 has factory mats that are short and do not come near the pedal. It also has a clip that holds the mat in place.
