Got mine yesterday. Salesman told me to bring it in and he'll "help" me fill it out. In return he'd buy me a tank of gas. Get this: he told me that if he get's all excellents on the sales section he gets 50 bucks; if not he has to pay his boss 50 bucks. I believe him. The whole time he was selling me th car, he kept on telling me what was wrong with the dealership and how to get the most out of the dearship. He even arranged a meeting with me and the owner to compain about how the sales mgr treated me like sh*t.

I get a survey almost everytime that I go to ford... it never matters what for either. My service guy had mentioned it to me last time and I told him that I hadn't gotten one in a few and well it seems that some how that my address was wrong in their file... he changed it and well I got it 2 weeks later in the mail.

i agree!

my dealership sent me about 10 letters after my purchase reminding me to fill out the "excellent" or whatever because all the rest were a failing grade. i never got one but i did get a survey for a service visit for warranty repair work. if they hadn't sent me so many letters and called me so many times i probably would have just marked excellent on everything. but by showing they cared so damn much they raised the bar and i actually thought about the service i received. and i thought to myself, "why did i have to call to see if the part was in? why didn't THEY call ME right when it got there to tell me it was in and to set an appointment???" when i called the part was in. it had been two weeks since i first brought it in. how long had they had it and not called me?

so, i dinged them...
