Axle Backs only.

By the way how an exhaust sounds is very subjective and what one person loves another cannot stand, so do not take our words for it. We like what we have due to how it sounds. Also the sound clips at the link above are ok but will not give you a true sound. It really is best to listen to a few differant setups in person.

So far I like the Mac axle backs. They offer a deep classic burble, burble tone that I love.

I'm looking into the SLP Loudmouths. Check this.

I have the FRPP Shelby GT axle-backs and I love them. Deeper sound than stock, but no drone when cruising. I had a buddy of mine tell me the other day: "This car has ***** now!"
The mufflers thats on the GT-H, right? I see two types in the FRPP catalog. The ovals and the round type.....

Thats what I will get. When I rented the GT-H in Vegas, I loved its sound (along with the CAI, its mean when you stomp the gas!)

At idle, the Bassanni are not louder than stock... but when you step on it... they sound great!

Borla stingers!

I get tons of compliments, and they are only axle-backs!

I'm curious to see how they sound with some JBA LT headers and a catted H-pipe...but just the axle-backs themselves are really nice!

Beware though...the "increase" in gas mileage doesn't exist as you will be @ WOT even more often!

So, I have my 07 mustang gt and i'm trying to decide what exhaust to by. I want to go catback because I think in the near future, i'm going to decide and get headers etc. I want a nice muscle car sound, easy on the drone. Any help is greatly appreciated!! I see that BORLA has a catback out there...any suggestions?
