Default Shelby Tribute almost complete

As I stated a couple weeks back I am making my S197 a tribute to MY dad, the car he had when I was a kid that he took us to dover dragstrip in, the year of my life and a legendary car. i have attached some pics. here is a list of what I did....
Kept stock wheels and added swept spinners with cobra center caps
added GT 350 graphics and silver met stripes. Added shelby badges,. Originally I was going to go with the 68 cobras, they were too small did not look right.
customized a rear gt badge from silverhorse racing it is a true looking flip down cap with a 1968 shelby cobra gas cap cover. I also used the same letter spacing (best guestimate) from my dads car. I know its not for every one. I did not do this to fool, thus the tribute. a tribute to it all. some pics attached. Performance wise it will be just fine as soon as the headers are isntalled next week and the supercharger in the spring....

I really like it!

Just get ready for the <<it's not a real Shelby>> crap.

I think it looks better than the Shelby GT whatever they have out there....

I love the way you have your grill setup BTW

What I actually like most about your car is the color of the stripes you went with, they look real good on your car. Not too crazy about all the Cobra and Shelby emblems, letters or the two emblems on the grille. The car does look good though (stripes)

silverhorseracing.com has the badge...plain or gt...I went with the Gt one and used the gas cap cover from a 68 shelby.. I like it because it is metal and it doesnt look cheap. Plus i needed something that was similar to my dads
