Hmm I have been looking for 18x10.5 for a while now that look nice who makes yours or where you got them? Do you 295's rub or anything? could I fit 305's with a lowered stang? It is crucial to have 3xx+ in tire size, I guess it is just a testosterone and traction thing haha.

My wheels are the plain 'ol generic-brand FR500 replicas from Mustang Tuning. Whoops, I mean "American Muscle"--they changed their name. I had the rears widened to 10.5" by weldcraft in Michigan. I then had them powder coated locally.
The 295s don't rub at all. As I said above, they have 1/2" clearance at the closest point.
Could you fit 305s? I don't know. It depends on many factors--offset, wheel width, how much you're lowering, ect. If you want to know, make yourself some cardboard templates and check for yourself.
By the way, if you are really after traction, concentrate on your suspension rather than the width. Wide tires are good, but the real key to traction in a drag situation is your suspension, especially instant center.

$200 per wheel do they look like they were made like that, or you can notice the stretch. Also does widening the wheel does it make them more brittle? Any vibrations? I been looking for 18x10.5 for a while that don't cost more 1,500

You should probably check with Weldcraft regarding the questions about appearance.
I got their least expensive service, which was simply widening the wheel. Therefore you can see the weld bead if you examine the wheels (loose). You do have the option of them polishing out the bead so that it is invisible. However, I opted not to do that. My wheels are widened on the inside only. There is no way you can see the bead with the wheels on the car. To see it, you'd have to remove the wheel from the car and then look on the inside of the wheel. That was fine with me, so I didn't think it was worth polishing down the bead.
As for the balance, they came out perfectly true and balanced. The tires mounted and balanced with no issues at all. No vibration.
These guys do a lot of fancy work on some very high HP cars, so I don't think there's any issue of strength here.
