Mark,spoiler comes black gel-coat and will need to be painted.Comes with instructions and is held in place with bolts. Spoiler cost $250 plus $45 shipping .

The Fang comes unpainted, you have to paint it, it comes in black gel-coat
but has some spot putty on it, Second...The bolt thing, It attaches with six bolts
that run from one side of the spoiler to the other. You MUST drill thru your
existing front facia to attach it. Not that big a deal, just make sure it is centered
on the facia.

No...Not really, It's not glossy. That would require more prep from the manufacturer.
painting is not that big a deal, You can rattle can it, or take it to a body shop. I was quoted $100
to shoot it at a local shop. another member, 05 Cayuse also painted his himself, Trust me it's not
hard at all, Just google for help on the proper steps to paint it yourself.
