It is a stroked engine. They bump the cubes up to 302. Then add the free flowing exhaust and you have the 400hp numbers
Oh and they bump the compression up as well.

For everybody who says the car is good looking, you are worng.
I had the privilage of taking a tour of the Sallen factory just after they announced the car last year and got to see it there. It doesn't lookd good in real life.
It looks amazing. Pictures don't do it justice in any way shape or form!
