Look what Santa brought me for Christmas. I placed my order Monday morning and they were on my doorstep Wednesday. Free shipping and a T-shirt. I did not expect such fast shipping when it was free and weighed 40lbs. I placed my order online. I'm really impressed.
Notice the scratches on the one muffler. I assume they came from Flowmaster like that. Anyone else have scratches like that? I"m just gonna hit it with a can of rustoleum or something. No one will see it and I'll probably put more scratches on em during the install. I'm not the most delicate person in the world.
I live in St. Louis and its frigging cold here right now. Otherwise they'd have been installed last night. I'm waiting till this weekend to do it. I may go buy one of those heaters that attaches to a propane bottle. Anyone else in the STL area?

I'm at work but I park in a private garage. I could put them in there normally, but my boss is gone so I'm the only one here and I cant leave the place unattended. Who would flip the hamburgers? Kidding!
I live in Herculaneum right now but my house is for sale and we have a contingency to build one in Oakville.
Sorry for the slow responses, I was watching Cast Away. Yeah, I work hard.

I've never put mufflers on before. Did you guys just slide under the car or did you have to jack it up or what? I have 2 jack stands if I need 'em.

I could have done the install without jack stands but I think it was a easier with them; gave me just a little more room to maneuver.
When I installed the Flows I pulled both the front and back hangers off per the instructions. When I replaced the Flows with Pypes I was able to remove the front hangers only and wiggle the pipes enough to slip them off and and on the back hangers. With the Flows I had a little trouble getting the back hanger on the driver side back on due to the tight space so if you can do the same it might save you a little grief and time.
FYI - I don't want to rain on your parade (sounds like you have enough bad weather already) but I really enjoyed the sound of my Flows for about 2 months - then a baffle weld broke; hence the Pypes. Many on this forum have used the Flows without issue so hopefully mine was an isolated case.
Enjoy and good luck.
