If that was a GT, he probably thought he was racing, and the GT owner was just at cruising speed not even paying attention. I have had that happen before with someone in a Ford Escape. I could here him getting on it, I was just shifting normally and we were neck and neck. I was just kinda laughed. He ended up going ahead of me, but like I said I wasn't trying and there is usually a few LAPD's finest sitting around that area.

I have owned both cars. I will tell you, the Mustang is definately faster. You will win, no doubt. Just don't challenge him to a race with turns. The Si is way faster thru corners.

I bet the GT was just going down the road and didnt even notice he was in a race. While he was going down the road he also thought to himself, "whats that funny high pitched sound".
