Need help with my Roush Louvers!!!!!
K...here it is. I installed my louvers back in September, and after they were installed, i noticed that the passenger side louver stuck out about an eigth of an inch. I pulled it off, and noticed it was actually the window not sitting flush to the car. Anyway, the brackets were already on and i swore i'd just live with it....guess what? It's driving nucking futs!!!! So i made an appt. with a dealer to get it taken care of, but when i got there, they said they could repair the window, but it would cost a buck 50 to put the louver back on. When i asked if i could just buy the template and the tape, they said no. Defeat was never anything i could live with, so i called Roush directly and they said no problem, but i have to find a Roush dealer to order it.....ARGHHHH!!!!!
Can anyone out there help me get a passenger side template and mounting tape?

Go to lowes and by heavy duty 3M double sided tape and do it yourself, had to redo one of mine and all I did was purchase tape and put on the brackets and stick to window making sure it was aligned and put pressure on all three points. MAKE SURE TO CLEAN WINDOW AND USE ALCOHOL RUBS TOO AND MAKE SURE YOUR WINDOW IS WARM, IF NOT BORROW THE WIFES HAIR DRYER!! THATS ALL i GOT TO SAY ABOUT THAT.....GOOD LUCK

What do you mean by "mounting tape" ? (that is easy to get) Do you still have the brackets ? These are very self-alignable.
Be sober, calm, and patient, and....... you can DO this.
FORD fixed the window, it's up to you to reinstall the louver. Sorry to say, but, FORD and ROUSH are right here.
You installed the after market louver over a factory default window, which you say FORD fixed. It is totally up to you to reinstall your aftermarket items, no one else is responsible. Again, relax and "self-align" your louver, it'll be great.
