Default The $30k Question.......

So i'm tired of all these ridiculous comparisons between Mustangs and corvettes, Mustangs and cadillacs, Mustangs and porsches..... ad nausuem. Comparing a $30k Mustang to cars costing far more is unfair and unproductive. so I pose this question.

What $30k car anywhere on earth can take on a Mustang GT.

Pontiac GTO, Camaro SS, Trans Am, EVO, I could find you a couple others if you need. I think Opel makes one that will compete as well.

STI - 33k - 13.2 1/4 mile

Evo - 29k - 13.1 1/4 mile

and both have superb handling far beyond our cars.

Camaros and Trans-Ams aren't made anymore. Australian GTO wanna-be's are more than 30K.

The Subaru STI and Mitsu EVO are the only other cars worth talking about even remotely in the Mustang GT's league. Ergo, these are the only cars I wanna here about when it comes to "I beat it" or "it beat me".

While those cars can compete in performance, they simply look like ****. I would not be caught dead in a Subaru STI or Mitsu EVO, they are nearly as ugly as a minivan (unless you like that whole rice thing). [:'(]

Guess we will all just have to quit racing all together since we are now limited to just these 2 types of cars. What about modded cars are we allowed to talk about racing those?
