I got mine at Galpin in North Hills on April of 2005 when they were marking them up over $5000. Paid sticker and the salesman called me when the new GTs were delivered.
If I was buying another I'd just order one and wait for the exact one I want, making sure it wasn't built on a Monday or Friday!
I still recommend going to Galpin, as they have over a hundred Mustangs so you can at least see one in the color combination you want.

One more question: How does it work with the rebate things? At the moment there is a 500$ rebate as per the ford website. Who is responsible for that?

You can get the $500 rebate or the 3.9% @ 36 months. Not both. fd

Before they found the car I wanted, they were going to have me put $500 down for another car they couldn't get until the next week
