I dont think itsthe Boss scoop. I sent a PM to the guy who owns the car, it was installed when he bought it. It looks like the 99-04 GT scoop, there is a place in NY taking the old style scoop and installing new blank out plate to fit the flat hoods.

That's the Cervnini Boss kit. they also have a pedastal spoiler that is similar to the ones form the 70s that they use with their ducktail. Personally, I like the CDC ducktail better.
