Default ECM not Supported - Xcalibrator 2

Need some help. Just got the Xcalibrator II and installed the two tunes I got via email. Now, when I plug it in to the port on the car it powers up. When I try and load the tune it gives me this " ERROR - ECM not Supported". Any ideas whats wrong?

Have you had any dealer work done between the time you ordered the tuner and the time you recieved it? If so they could have flashed your ecm while in for service and changed the code.

No dealer work. It just came off the boat last week and its a brand new SCT. Its the first time I have plugged it in to the car.

I would guess that it does not have the proper CalID setup in it. Contact the SCT dealer and they can tell you how to get the calibration ID from your ecm and they should be able to correct it for you.
