Default Stupid Clutch Defect

So it turns out that I had a factory defect in my clutch plate. It had started slipping. Well they finally got the plate in and isntalled it, I go to pick it up, and the shift point is all the way on the freakin floor! I lifted my foot not even a half inch from the ground and the thing stalled. Even when I knew this it would try to stall out on me even at like 4000 rpm's. Then, when I got out of the car there was a burning smell. So, back to the shop it goes. Coming up on a month of having it gone here

The low shift point ok, but nothing should smell like it's burning though. Not to mention, it shoul dbe at least relatively close to stock, its so low its insane.
