Caution

I had washed my stang and parked it for several days while I was out of town for the holiday. Got home several hours ago - made dinner- then took out the trash. While I was out I decided to check on my stang since it has been sitting here for 4 days untouched. I look at it and my hood is bent down in the driver corner (where it opens towards the windsheld). I look a little closer and the paint is pulled away slightly where the hood and fender meet. It looks like someone tried to open the hood from the wrong side --- I just can't figure out why. I mean what are you trying ot steal from under a hood? There is absolutly nothing to steal at all... what, an intake?!?! I'm just pissed and needed to vent so decided that this would be the best way. I just dont get some people at all -- it's christmas @ssholes!! Go spend time with your families and leave mine alone. I'm telling you-- some peoples kids!! @@#$%$@#$%!!!

Arwing- It probably wasn't kids but they have to be retarded to try to get in a car that why! I dont even keep anything in my car at all either... absolutly nothing at all. Then on top of that the window's are limo tint so they can't even see in.

Sorry to hear about that. I know it sucks,
someone chipped a smallpiece of paint off of my
door right above the drivers side door handle.......WTF?!
Why would anyone just walk by and stab at my car with a key!?
I also came out to my car one time where someone deliberately
stuck gum on my doorhandle.....and someone who chews tobacco
spit right on my moms windshield while she was grocery shopping.
Seriously people wtf? Does it really makethem feel that much better
to ruin someone else's property? If I ever caught someone doing
something to anyones car I would beat the **** out of them!

NewMustang- ok the engine eh! So why open the hood in reverse? As dumb as this sounds... that didn't even cross my mind about the engine... Not exactly 10 minute job

Sick Six- People always envy other peopls things. You have a nice car and they just want to F it up just because you have it and they dont. You got it right though with WTF!!!! Things like my hood or your car getting stabbed and spit on, etc... just makes no sence and I dont see the thrill in it. I mean if I was to catch you playing with my car-- you better run and hope that you're fast because when I catch you I'm going to beat the **** outta you. I'm sure you would do the same

They might have thought the hood flipped backwards, rather than lifting from the front. And they might've been trying to pop open the hood to disable the battery, so that they could bypass the alarm systems, perhaps trigger the power door locks so that they could get in without damaging the outer locks.

That sucks that they damaged your car trying to break in, though...Glad they didn't make off with the car, though!

I am glad that they didn't make off with my stang... I pushed back to as normall as I can get it for now. I'll take a better look when it's light out.
