when i fill up, it says around 350. It's very obtainable in a GT if you are doing a lot of highway driving.

I second that.
I'm averaginganywhere between315 to 325 milesa tank in city/hwy driving, but most of the timeI fill it up when it says that I have about 30 miles to E. I've seen mine indicate 385 miles to E before and, on long road trip last year (1,400 miles from Fla to Tenn and back), I saw it say 402 miles to E, at one point, so its definitely possible.
You just gotta layoff the pedal a little more rather than lead footing it all the time.

Cool! This doesn't seem too unreasonable, though...we have 16 gallon tanks; figure you used 14-15 gallons of it before filling:
high bound: 370 / 14 = 26.4MPG (doubtful)
low bound: 370 / 15 = 24.7MPG (I've hit this before, I think the one time I used cruise control lol).
Not bad for a 300HP V8.

On that same Fla to Tenn road trip, my GT averaged 26.718 MPG.
At one point, it got 31.999 MPG, but that was because I drafted behind an 18-wheeler.
I was in the middle of GA and, after I filled it up the first time, I topped off the tank just before I got to the Florida border.
I travelled 91.9 miles, put in 2.872 gals, and calculated 31.999 MPG.
My best non-drafting MPG was 28.214 and my worst was 24.972 MPG, but that was when I was driving around the city and stuff.
My speed averaged no more than 75 MPH.

Just a follow up.
I filled up my tank the other day and this is what my message center indicated.

It's funny when you see your miles to empty go from something like 250-300 to 350+. Honestly, that isn't even good. Our cars are rated at 25mpg highway. Which translates to 400 miles on 1 tank. I get roughly 330 on a single tank, and that's mixed highway/city with speeds averaging at 40mph. Which translates to 20.6 mpg. I haven't done any long drives with my intake/tune, so I'm not sure if they've helped my average any. Get 400+ miles on a tank, and then you'll have something to be proud about.
