the V6 is fine...that's an ok car for anyone...

for a 16/17 year old KID to get a mustang GT....
his parents should be shot!

I dont care who you are or if your parents are...if you're 16 you ARE irresponsible, and WILL abuse the power and COULD possibly hurt yourself or someone else more easily...

parents are idiots these days!

And I thought I was a cynical bastard! I think we all need to keep an open mind on this and be prepared for a surprise. Odds are, there is a responsible young person out there somewhere!

Where are you applying to school?
They have a 5 year MBA program I want to get into so I can get some great internships and work on Wall Street.
Edit: my SATs are 1290/1600 (old test) and 1910/2400 (new test) and I got a 28 on my ACTs and basically get between mid 80s to low 90s in my classes at high school (all Honors and AP courses) if you are curious.
I was going to say that we needed more mustang guys at USC, but it might be a little too late to apply, although your scores should suffice to get accepted. I had 1440 and a 30 (used the SAT score obviously) a few years ago, and got in on half ride to the engineering school. The Marshall school of business is in the top 20 undergraduate programs, and they have a 4+1 masters in several curriculums includings an MBA.

Good luck with everything, and you think you could throw me some free investment advising someday? I took a pretty hard hit in the 2001-2003 "realignment".

Excellent write up! If the rest of your school work is as good as your writing you are on the road to success!! Good choice on the color.I was torn between the Vista Blue with white stripes and the Torch Red with white stripes for my 07 GT. Ended up getting the red, but everytime I see a picture of the blue I wonder if I made the right choice?????

Excellent comments about the comparisons. I am excited to see an abundance of young Stang owners. This car and its heritage will stay with you for life. Something about those Mustangs you just can't shake it.
Glad you are a part of the family.

Nice scores! My parents told me the farthest west I could apply was Notre Dame, but I couldn't get my numbers high enough so Villanova is the farthest west I went.

Congrats on your Rose Bowl win! Brian Cushing came from the high school I go to now...BERGEN CATHOLIC!!!

oakman and red07gt...thanks for your comments guys! People at my school don't always work that hard, but that's better for me. Makes me look more like a standout student and will get me farther in the real world (hopefully).
