I just bought mine and it was rough also. I took it back to the dealer and they gave it to "prep" and they said they would clay it. Make them do it.

i would say +1 on making Ford do it, buy with my luck, the one doing it would be wearing a watch or doing something else wrong, and just adding more to the problems...haha good old ford.

I personally would not have a dealership attempt to clay / prep the car.
Spend a few bucks on the kit, familiarize yourself with the instructions and take some time to clean her up.
Wash, clay (with plenty of lube), re-wash and then protect with a sealant or wax.
Then have a cold one and admire your work.

Yeah glad you did it your self you only have to do it once a year to keep it looking great so it's worth the work.
