I live in the Bellevue WA area where MANY of these brats are driving brand new 07 GT's, BMW's or Mini Coopers. Their parents think their kids are pretty special and sinless so I expect Sherwoods thought about the parents to be pretty accurate.

Small claims court? Or if it cost more that X amount of dollars...take it to the insurance company and let them go after the other drivers insurance. There are several avenues to pursue. You have to at least try.
