You know, I looked at the pic and as I was reading through the thread, I felt something was missing. You're right, stripes would complement that 100%. But he said he's getting a new hood eventually, so I'd wait too. Pins do look good though.

Orion_240- yeah I have thought about stripes in the past but stripes are something that I may want to do after a hood or bodykit. I'm looking at getting an aftermarket hood here soon and my bodykit hopefully by April. I just dont want to waste the money on the strips when I'll be switching out cosmetic parts here real soon. Your opinion is appreciated though- thanks!

Elburritto99- that sucks that you wont be there for the cruise but my girl will be at the cruise taking pics like last time & I'm sure that they'll be posted. I'll be waiting to see the Saleen open up!?!

Anybody seen those Dzus type hood pins with the key lock for sale? They sit flush with no cables and turn open with a key.

I don't know if they were from the same company, but some folks have had problems with them because they are flat and the hood is not. They don't sit flushed with the hood.
