American Racing wheels are just JUNK... I am also a member of some 4X4 forums and guys had problems with them also. One guy who worked for a four wheel drive center said they will ship 8 wheels just to get 4 that will be in decent enough shape to work. I'd send them back and get another brand! Just my pennies worth.

Hey guys. I was thinking about ordering some AM DD bullits this week, but these posts are scaring me a little bit. Is the quality of their wheels really that bad? How many people have ordered wheels from AM and have been happy with their quality? Also, I understand MF memebers get a 10% discount from AM, how do I get this?

ive ordered a bunch of stuff from AM, they did get a few things wrong, but they went above and beyond to get it right. talk to AMNick on the forums here, ive seen him personally handle a lot of things and i think they do a great job. a lot of the time they will let you keep the defective or wrong part on top of sending you the right one, if that is worth anything to you.

i would not hesitate to order from them again.

as for the discount, its 6%, send a pm to AMNick on the board he has here, and he'll send you a PM with the code.

Go to the American Muscle forums here on MF, and send a PM to AMNICK. He's the boss over there, and will take care of you.

HMmm.... I have never heard of anything bad from AmericanMuscle.

I have purchased many things from them, one of them being my rims and tires. 18x9 and 18x10 chrome bullits with Nitto tires. I have no complients whatsoever with ANYTHING i have ever bought from them. I'm sorry to hear about your troubles, call them up and see what they can do for you.

I've made about 10-15 orders with American Muscle and never had a problem.

Wow...I guess its hit and miss with AM because I bought a set of 4 tires/rims almost 2 years ago and they came in promptly and to-date I have not had any issues whatsoever....

Most people have not had any problems with the quality of AM's products, including wheels. There has been a few occaisions, but you'll have that with any company that does the volume of business they do. They're a stand up company, sell great products at great prices, and will make things right if something's wrong.
