The main reason Ford sells so many Mustangs is because folks like you get to actually ORDER one! Try ordering any Japanese, German, Swedish, Italian car! The RX-8 is a neat little sports car, but too slow and tiny for me. Plus I didn't like the idea of owning the same car as anybody else.

I feel very fortunate....I ordered mine Thanksgiving weekend.....and now have almost 700 Miles on it!!!! and BTW.....It was well worth the wait. This is BY far the most fun car I have ever owned, and I've owned about 20 in my days (Although most of them are trucks, so maybe they don't count) I LOVE driving this car the 110 miles to and from work each day, and so far, it seems like everything is in perfect condition! Hope you guys get to feel that excitement soon!

gatkins, go ahead and rub it in. How did you order your car 3 weeks after me and still end up getting it before me?? Thats crazy!! Was it a dealer locate or a custom build?

I work by my dealer and guess what I saw drive by today... a transport with my car on it! What an awesome feeling!! They won't let me have it until tomorrow though because they have to inspect it or somthing, but at least it's here. No sleep for me tonight!
