Who makes this front bumper cover?

Any one recognize the front bumper cover in this pic? If so, who makes it? I think it is really sweet and would consider one for my GT.

PS. This is a pic off ebay of a guy selling his V6 Shelby Clone. If he would have left the cobra emblems off, it would be a really nicelooking V6.

at least he should have removed the pony....it looks like a cervini
