what is the biggest rear tire you can run on a 05, lowered with sportlines, on a 20" wheel???

i dont know aboout 20" wheels but you can go with 315s. on 10.5"+ wheels.

lear how wide your wheels are first then we can answer your question clearly.. for example.. factory wheels are 8.5" wide and you can go 275s widest. but if you get wheels around 10.5" wide, then you canmount 315s on them!

Haven't bought wheels yet, wanting to go wide as possible

i would like to have some rubber in the sidewall, don't want the rubber band look, can i get this with 20's?????

this is what 315s on 10.5 look like. you can't tell from the pics but they do stick out just a fraction beyond the wheel flare.

With that combo, so far the widest I've seen is a 285/30 tire. But I'm curious as well since I'm on 20s w/sportlines.

315s are the widest you can fit under the car without hacking up the wheel wells.

Not sure what look you are really wanting to achieve but here is mine on the rear 20X10/295's with 101W.....just another combo to consider.
