i took it off because if i put some damn school books on my seat the beep went off and drove me crazy!

wear your seat belt bro-- it's safer. The guys here are really bashin ya more or less just telling you it'll save your life. Some have had bad experiences and appearently you have not.... I hope that you never do. I forget sometimes but after hearing that beep it's back accross me it goes.

Just got rear ended at 40 in my 04 Mach 1 in November. Seat broke, i sat there and didnt move, EMS had to cut the belt because the lock jammed. Makes me wonder what would have happened if there had been a fire, which is amazing there wasnt, the rear was 2 foot shorter, but the gas tank held.

Getting rid of the beep does not mean that you he is not going to wear his belt when driving. Also who the hell made you guys the seatbelt hall monitors..? Nowhere did his post ask if he should wear his seatblet so STFU already
