Got my 4.10's & XCal fixed by JBA!
Well I got my FRPP 4.10's installed today by JBA Performance here in San Diego. When they got doe they had asked for my tuner so that they can adjust my speedometer. I explained to them that my tuner wasn't working and never has since I bought it from American Muscle (it's almost a month and half now). They took it in the back office and came out 5 minutes later and said "try this"! I loaded their tune and went for a test drive. WOW! Is there a huge differance between those 2 mods. The thing that sucks is that I have no clue if I'm feeling the power from the gears or the tune the gave me. Either way I'm just happy that I was able to drive my car for about an hour without throwing a code or having the car go into safe mode.
JBA was a great shop and were extrememly helpful ... not only did they get the new gears put in in 3 hours but they also gave me that tune for free. I recommend anyone in the San Diego area to go there as they are extremely helpful and customer service was outstanding... nothing like American Muscle... they are garbage!

500 for parts and labor... I think I was a little to hard to be honest on the way home... raced the whole here for the most part... I'm going to the track on Saturday too... I'll have to take it easy until then at the very least.

I would not being going to the track Saturday after getting you gears installed today. You need to be easy on those gears for the first 500 miles if you want a good long life out of them. And you should have only driving them today for about 20 miles at highway speeds and then pulled over and let the cool for at least one hour. Then after the easy 500 mile mark you need to change the fluid out.
