Default RKsport Body Kit

this thread is more directed at the California Dream body kit. I like the look of the kit but am wondering if anyone has any expericne with the thing. All i can find in the search funtion is threads about the hood. I really like how this kit looks but im leary about how cheap it is.

I personally like the kit and love the hood but everyone Ive talked to about the parts say they are a mother to fit and prime etc. I was looking into the fenders until I heard how much work they were going to be so I dismissed that idea. Ive seen Maros with RK pieces before and they looked very nice and well put together and are usually very clean but the kit for our cars just seems to have lots of fitment problems. Again, I have no personal experience with our kit, just going by what body shops and people on here have told me. You shouldnt be worried about the kit being cheap or bad quality, because RK makes nice parts, just worry about getting a good body man to make it all fit.

I've got an Eleanor Hood and Front end prepped (not painted) in the shop. I may be creative and order components to fit that look instead. Its a lot of money to throw around without knowing for sure btu it beats a kit that doesnt fit, or has nothing but bad reviews in my opinion.

I think it is pretty cool - like the front fascia - had the Cally Hood on my 05 and it was sweet

I THINK the prep issue might come into play as I don;t see a whole lot of people with this kit - I appreciate the fenders but don't think they work as well as I would have hoped.....
