Default poly bushings or heim jounts (rod ends)

Which is better for parts like adj panhard bars, torque limiters, UCA's and LCA's for street use and strip use once a year?

Default RE: poly bushings or heim jounts (rod ends)

Rod ends add a lot of nvh (noise, vibration, harshness) so arent great for a daily driver or street car, but are better at the track for performance. Poly ends offer a quieter ride and still do a much better job than stock in the performance Area.......
