mine is the same, the left one is up higher than the right one, it is very noticable. I am going to go back under this weekend and loosen up the clamps and try again to get them aligned...if not, to the muffler shop I guess to see if maybe he can shorten the right hangers for me....

Yes! I might try grinding off the nub like riven said. If I could get the damned muffler off that is, it's stuck on there good now. What about shortening the pipe at the H pipe? That will move the bend that much closer to the fuel tank though.[&o]

I would only shorten the "H" has a total last resort.
