Thanks buddy!!!!!! The good thing about that caliper paint is that it is fast drying!!!! We also used a heat gun and let them dry in the kitchen (yeah the kitchen stunk for a while but it was all good! lol)

Yeah those stickers are kickin!!!! I need some of those period. The bad thing about those stickers is the blue in"Ford". I guess I need to get one and put it up against the valve cover to see how it wouldlook. If not, I can put one somewhere under there!!!
I'm leaning to the dark navy blue. The way I figure I could get the sticker to work is to make a stencil or outline of the actually piece the logo is on and then paint a layer or 2 of white. Then stick the sticker and paint the navy blue all around it and finally seal it with some clearcoat or something like that so the sticker would be sealed in the paint and wouldn't come off or anything.

Man your idea sounds pretty good!!! If you take that amount of time and detail, it will certainly look bad ***!!! If you do it, I want to see it!!!!!!

Definately will post pics if I ever get to do it! First I gotta convince my parents that I'm not adding any power to the car and it will be back togetherand working correctlyto drive to school. I've been playing with this idea for a long time. I saw the GM 572 crate engine and loved the painted valve covers and wanted to do something like it to my car.

Lookin pretty good Stowe. I love the Cam/Valve Covers!!!! I really love the Plenum over too. I think I might have to get a plenum too, but I'm kinda scared to do the Cam Covers......

We setup a thing on another mustang forum I go to.. Where everyone that wants to do there covers gets on the list.. and pays the person before them on the list $20 for shipping the covers. This started when one member sold another member the covers for $20 (the cost of shipping) so we have kept it going now by having a list. SO after he gets them coated and swaps out his stock ones he sends the stock ones to the next person for $20 to cover the shipping.

I'm next on the list. I'm getting them powder coated and going to see if they will be able to do a flame type job of the ford racing logo on them.
