I like my rims to have some lip. The fanblades look to front wheel drive to me, but that goes for a lot of the 05+ rims available. I don't know why Ford changed the offset in 05, but i'm sure it involved saving a buck somehow.

Are they heavy? and I agree a bit of lip looks nice.

I think there ugly. No offense to those that have and like them. It is all personal preference.

I love my fanblades, I personally like them better than the bullet rims. They both look great on the Mustang though.

I laughed out loud when I read the title. It's true. Just look at how many sets are on eBay vs. the 18" polished Bullitts. I remember, when I took delivery on my GT, looking at the wheels when I first saw the car, thinking "not my first choice, but I can learn to like them..." Six months later, and I'm looking for a set of polished 18" Bullitts!! I just don't like them all that much.

I think it is the offset... the wheel looks too "flat" since the spokes don't draw in towards the hub.

that's the reason i have fan blades...i love em. Bullitts are so common...every1 has em. Being original is my thing
