I was born in 87' so i don't know which one ours' most resembles. No doubt that it is the best Mustang of my lifetime.

I'll go with 66. 69's had hips, we definately lack hips. 69's didn't have quarter panel window, 66 and the like did.

Put that little bar on that goes across the headlight cover on the S197 and you will see the 1970 resemblance!
Just glad they went with the 3 bar tail lights instaed of the 67's bar

DING DING DING!! Tell him what he's won Johnny!! One of my 2nd cousins is the executive designer for Ford and he told me long ago that a few 1968's were in the studio for the birth of the S197's.
