Anyone ever hear their heat shields under the car rattle?

Anyone ever hear their heat shields under the car rattle?
Since it's been cold, my heat shields under the car above the h-pipe have been rattling. I have gotten under the car and they are all tight but when I bang on then they make a rattling noise, kinda of like little bitty pieces of metal in a can. Anyone else exsperience this? I had the dealership take a look at them and all they said it's normal [:@]

I have always heard what sounds like the heat shields vibrating, but it could just be the tranny/clutch noise. Mine sounds more like wind vibrating the heat shields. I have to have the radio off and windows up to hear it though.
