Yes, it comes with leather seats= premium

one question any way to see that stuff online from ford and maybe order it, im think about tradin up for one, seeing this 05 is giving me nightmares and almost got me killed yesterday

According to the brochure:

GT California Special Package
Dark charcoal leather-trimmed seats with dove or parchment inserts
Unique front and rear fascias
Side scoops
18" polished aluminum wheels
Bright rolled exhaust tips
Floor mats with bright badging
Mid-body GT/CS stripes

Doesn't appear to get you all of the things listed in the Premium Trim Package.......

You can only get a GT/CS in the Premium trim model. It's not an option with the Deluxe trim model. Some might be confusing the trim model (Premium vs. Deluxe) with the Premier Trim with Color Accent Package option.

Right, That's what I meant.
If you go to Ford's website and try to build a Deluxe, if you add the Cal Special option it will change it to a Premium

I don't beleive so. Mine was a CS Package only, which for the interior, only includes Leather seats and the 2-tone seats/Door panels. No shiny dash, no MyColor, etc... Basically, this:
GT California Special Package
