My personal preference is the Windveil Blue, but since that wasn't an option...
I've seen a lot of black Mustangs around me, but the white ones seem to be relatively rare. I think the white has a little bit classier look to it.

I have not vote, but since your paying for it, will drive it, will mod it and will detail it you should get the color you will be most pleased with. There is no wrong color, just a person's personal preference to color.

My Mustang is white, and I totally agree about the tinted windows. You don't have to get your mirror covers painted (because the black contrasts so perfectly), and aftermarket body crap (honeycomb panel for the back, etc) looks absolutely killer on a white car. Also, it's definitely the easiest of those colors to keep looking good (hides any dust or anything on there very nicely, and as it ages and gets little paint imperfections on it, they'll be hard to see), and a nice shiny white Mustang looks absolutely gorgeous at night. If you're crusing around at night, there is no better color. In the day, on the other hand, white is kind of generic looking, and won't stand out as much as the other colors, although the body design of the Mustang itself will still get you lots of attention, regardless of color.
Black looks really good when it's spotless, but it's hard to keep it that way, and after a few years, it won't look anywhere near as good as it did when it was new (That's assuming you're going to be driving this car a bit, not just taking it out of the garage on sunny weekends). All the little nicks in the paint from road debris. and any paint swirls or anything like that from regular use will be glaringly obvious on a black car.
As for charcoal, I would say this is the most aggressive looking paint color the new Mustangs have, like they were designed with this color in mind. Day time, charcoal (like black) will look great, at night, it won't stand out as much, but the lines of the S197s work perfectly with this color. Also like black, because charcoal is a dark color, it will be a struggle to keep it looking great all the time, although it can be done, and it surely won't be as difficult as the black car to keep clean.
Initially I wanted my Mustang to be charcoal (like I said, it looks amazing in this color), but I ended up getting a white one, and I'm very pleased with how it worked out. From 20 feet away, my car can be covered in dust, and it still looks spotless. On a black car, that same amount of dust would look absolutely disgusting, so that's definitely a perk with white paint.

Tough decision, I like them all.
Black will look mean and amazing when you wash it.
White with stripes will look very sporty like it belongs on the track.
Charcoal looks great when clena or dirty and doesn't stand out too bad...but picking the right color stripes is difficult.
