Default Anybody w/ Flowmasters, please chime in

Well I started in install Flowmaster axlebacks yesterday (only got one on before it got to dark, lol). But I am just wondering how far it is suppose to stick out? The flowaster wording is about a the edge of the bumper, is that wheres its suppose to be? Thanks in advance

1/4 to 1/2 inchon mine more or less

mine stick out justthe slightestlittle bit past the bumper.
it took a little working to get it to slide up in there and almost become flush.

on my 06 the tips were about half inch past the bumper maybe a little less!

Ok, so they don't stick out far at all? I thought maybe I didn't install it right or something. But it did take a hammer to get the pipe over the existing pipe

Mine stick out just far enought to read "Flowmaster". The drivers side muffler was a pain in the *** to get on for some reason. They both slid over the midpipe without much problem, though.

They didn't realy stick out when I put mine on my '06. I thought that they were going to stick out a bit more too...

Yep, If you look straight down at mine from the bumper, you really can't read "flowmaster". You can if you are angled back a bit.....

same here and a very easy install i found, but can you believe that the local muffler shop that i got them from wanted $100 to install them
