Any comments on these wheels? Too good to be true?

Can you use these with stock 18" tires? (mine came with fanblades and I would love these)

I seriously thought about those wheels but something doesn't sit right with me and the only place you can find those wheels are on e-bay. I could be wrong here but I have yet to find them anywhere else. The other thing is, I really want to see these on a S197 so I can see if they look good or not.

I keep going back and forth between the Magnum 500 throwbacks and DD bullitt's!!

Cervinis has a wheel close to that, and Newstalgia and WheelVintiques have wheels more like the original Magnums. They are pretty expensive though.

I've heard good things about AFS wheels. There are several people here on these forums who have had good luck with them. I personally talked with one of the head guys there, and he told me they are working on a 20" model of that wheel in regular and deep dish. Said it should be out sometime in the next couple of months. I'm holding out for the 20s myself, but I think those wheels look great.

I als noticed they have a cobra emblem, not a pony.

There is no reserve on ebay the last time I looked.

I really like the looks of these (I was/am a big fan of bullitts but I am seriously considering these) Now if only we could find raised white letter tires in 18".

Thanks for the great info and links 2k05gt. Interesting about the cobra logo...

Glad to hear good things about the wheels. I really like those wheels and they are in my budget. Hope I can use my stock 18" BF Goodrich tires.

Never really looked because my car came with 18" tires w/fanblades... I thought the RWLs would look great with these rims but have also heard that 17 and 18 RWL tires are hard to find. Wonder why this is? I will definitely start looking now and post any that I find. Anybody that knows - please chime in.

(I have seen some people by kits that let you paint your letters white and they looked OK in the pictures but I wonder about the durability over time)

Found these redline tires in 18". They would look good with the Mach 1/Magnum wheels. Still no 18"RWLs though...
