I needed to have Brent revise my tunes a bit. I spoke with him and he said thathe would reviseasap butit will be till Monday because his wife went into labor today and he'll be out of the shopat the hospital with his wife.So 20 minutes go by, and I'm at work checking my e-mails andbooom......Brent had already emailed me a new set of revised tunes. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE my friends. And by the way, Congrats Brent on the new baby [sm=icon_cheers.gif]!

Glad he has a rah rah club, he talked smack to me after his tune ruined my spark plugs and denied his tune could do it blaming Ford mass production and cheap parts instead. Real stand up guy.

I got my Xcal2 from them and it got here fast, they had to fix my tunes cause when i took the MVT out of my CAI, it was WAY to much airflow, and i asked brent if that could be the problem, and he said yes and sent me out 3 new tunes with the MVT back in the CAI that day. So far it's thumbs up for me

Sounds like xbone is not getting the same service from brenspeed. I read about his problem in another thread and it sounded serious. I think he is just giving up the CAI and tune.
I am really on the fence now about the CAI&tune until he finds out if the tune caused his plug problem somehow.

I emailed brenspeed detailing my problem again and asking what they are going to do, will post their response when and if they answer. I think they should buy my stuff back and examine it carefully for R and D purposes.
