Default New Exhaust

As some of you may know, I recently got an 07 stang, pony package. It has about 170 on it, and I was thinking about getting a new exhaust system, but not sure if I should wait a little bit or go straight into it. I plan to go dual, custom H pipe, and still deciding whether to go with flowmasters AT for the gt.. or magnaflows. So the main question is.. should I wait a bit first? And second, flows or magnaflows??

I would deffinatly choose flowmaster....If your looking for it to be loud and mean get the 40's if you want a quiet mean rumble get the american thunders. I have 40's on my V6 and love them.

If you want LOUD and CRAZY mean i would choose cherry bombs...( i wish thats what i would have chosen first ) to me they sound like that old school muscle that you want to stay away from because you know it has *****...

sound clip to cherry bombs on a catted 05 GT

If you want just loud ive been told SLP Loud Mouths are real loud but ive heard them on sound clips...( i know you cant justify from a sound clip DEFFINATLY ) but from the sound clip i havent really liked the sound of SLP's

Checkout the CAI/Tuner/Tune combo first. I dont know if it just made the stock exhaust a little louder or if the exhaust note did change due to "more air in = more exhaust out." Regardless, I'm loving the stock exhaust note!!

Take care.

I went with Magnaflows ... not as loud as Flows, but it didn't drone quite as much as the Flows I heard.
