Do that-they were charged to the CCcompany and they can help out in your case often. Just call and talk with a person and ask for the sup/manager and they can tell you where to go from there. I think if they are a decent company than they will accept returns on a parts that doesn't fit on the car which they should have known didn't fit your car in the first place. Even if the tires were mounted....JMO J

I'm hearing more and more that these will be ok, the only effect on the wheels is that they will stick out further. ANyone here have 2004and below wheels on their car?

im a tough cookie when it comes to crappy service and mistakes i didnt make.....so here is what you do.....ask to send them back they pay for shiping becasue they made the misatke, and ask for a refund, then get them somewhere else, if they refuse, sell them on ebay, file a dispute with your credit card company for the purchase, and move on......i have learned to work phones very well over the years, just be businesslike dont yell and you will get what you want. speak matte rof actly and point out that if you had made this mistake you would gladly pay for shipping and what not but its a mistakeyou didnt make, and explainthat it isnt fair for them to make you pay for one of their employees mistakes....if they dont comply they arent worht doing business with and that is that be sure to tellthem that.....and then if they do comply with your request ry this, "well im glad to see your going correct the mistake, but i have to ask, what can you do for my inconvience, i mean i waited and waited and then the order was wrong and i got the runaround now i gotta send em back and wait some more, anything you could do to make me really really happy and want to shop here again? " ask and ye shall recieve, best advice i ever got for dealing with incompetance that wasnt from my end you would be surprised what i have gotten by saying that ......
