i have to get my hip replaced and cann't drive it for least a month. they say the new hip would hop out if i bend my leg 90* so i cann't even get in it. i haven't been driving it that much anyways but being told i wont be able to sucks.

i knew i would have to have the hip replaced since i was 16 (now 38) so i'm use to the thought of that. never thought about not being able to drive.

4 weeks? ah man thats not too bad! it could be worse! buy some mods during your down time and have them installed in those 4 weeks! hope everything goes well for you!

Good luck man. I used to work with a guy who installed carpets in houses for years. If anyone knows how thats done, its a lot of pounding with the hip and knee. He had to have his hip replaces at 40 years old. He said it was the best thing he has ever done. Hes back playin golf and working just like youll be back terarin up the streets.

I know how you feel though. One week after I got my stang I had lower back surgery and couldn't drive for 2 weeks...But coming back to her was awesome!
