Default Aftermarket suspension parts

Looking into getting some aftermarket LCA's & panhard bar & the pics I see of the inner bushing sleve (metal tube in center of urethane that bolt goes through) all seem to be smooth on the ends. The factory ones are knurled on ends to provide bite to the mount when pinched by the bolt. Are these arms & bars going to properly lock or are they going to shake around & wear out the bolts & mounts. These guys must know what they are doing, maybe I'm missing something.
