Still concerned here because Im thinking ifI go to the dealer and ask them thatI want to trade it in for a manual, once they check my car and see the scratches and key marks they might charge me a good amount of $$. What do u guys think?

I just test drove a GT and I thought it was an easy to drive manual. My manual experience was learning on one 13 years ago and driving one for 6 weeks in a foreign country- and I thought the Mustang was fine. I think it's hard to stall it, it feels like you could almost take your foot off the clutch and it wouldn't stall. I didn't have to use the gas at all when I was backing it in back at the dealership. The 350z I test drove was a ****, I stalled that a few times, the clutch engagement point was really tricky. Miata has been the best manual I've test driven so far...

PS: Is the car paid off? Are you right side up? Even if you are, you're going to have a problem because you're going to be trading in at the trade in price and buying at the retail price- probably like 1-2k difference.

What are these scratches and keymarks I am hearing about lol? Did you mention that before? How bad are they, and do you think think can just be buffed out?

Well the key marks are noticable, and i tried to touch it up with some black paint from the factory, and you can still see an outlineof them. Plus there one right near my window on the top frame right before the roof. The bumber is scratched with red curb paint!(my fault for this one[:@]) The egg marks are through the clear coat also. I probably need to re paint the whole car....!!! AHHHHHH!!!!! what do i do? Should i just show the dealer and see if they want to do a trade? help please!

Your best bet is to just be honest with the dealer and see what they will buy the car for.
