RE: Install pics of new Whipple
Is that the non-intercooled or the intercooled one? Where did you purcase it from and did you need to buy anything else for the install? Keep us updated on the install, tune and dyno #'s. That car is going to be aZ06 killer. I like the polished look.

Yeah, that's John. Hell of a good guy!
phatphil: I've got the intercooled one. It is the high output. I purchased it from ST(Spankin Time) Motorsports in San Bernardino, CA. They are doing the install, custom tuning and dyno. They are currently doing the custom tunes now, and will be putting the car on the dyno tomorrow. The only extras I am putting on are an AEM Wide Band Air/Fuel ratio guage(the only way to instantly know if there's a problem before engine damage occurs)and a boost guage in a window pillar. The Whipple kit includes everything needed, including the supercharger, manifold, crossover, CAI, intercooler, GT500 fuel pump, thermostat, water pump, wiring harnesses, handheld tuner(with canned tunes), and other items.
I will post dyno numbers when I have them. Here are a few more pics of the completed car. i will be changing the coolant hoses to braided steel, changing the coolant tank to a polished stainless tank and cap, and be adding a few other billet items. Adam at ST had the radiator cover, air intake tube and fuse box cover done in carbon fiber for me. Looks badass! I can't say enough good about Adam, Scott, and John at ST Motorsports, but they have one happy customer. I will eventually be having them build me a short block with very strong internals. They specialize in Mustangs only.
