Are the Steeda Chrome Moly LCA any good?

The Steedas are good. For the price, I'd highly recommend the Spohn LCA's. They are the best quality and offer great pricing.Check out out catalog for your options

Checkout BMR, BMR are one of the best out there. Stay away from the steeda ones, they are subpar. Also if you plan to lower your vehicle you will have to get the adjustable ones.

+1 to BMR....adj LCAs are advised when lowering the car

I definately like the Spohns - they have a really nice range of products from mild NVH to race quality.

I have not used the BMRs but I know at least two REALLY well handling S197s that use them and they seem top notch.

I have heard the subpar comment about Steeda's LCAs from time to time but when I have questioned it I have not got anything from anyone who has actually USED them.Unless it has to do with Steeda only supplying adjustability via a relocation bracket (so yeah that'd be a weak link) I am curious why the Chrome Moly LCAs (made completely of T4130) are subpar...I mean how much stronger do you want it? Originally even the Spohns did not come with that option (though they do now for a few bucks more).

Ponygt you are half right. The relocation brackets change the angle of the LCA, the adj LCA change the pinion angle. Here is a good write up from Lord of Know How himself CrazyAl. https://mustangforums.com/m_2727670/tm.htm The reason why I like the bmr is because they have grease fittings built into them. You could also get the Che ones they are just as good.

I canget them for under $75 bucks of a person is why i'm asking, I plan on lowering my car, so right now i was just hoping to gather all the parts and then install them, i thought this would save some bucks

Steeda ones are non-adjustable your pinion angle will be off end of story.
