There is a daytime running light module that you can install...I am not sure if that will allow the dash to be lit allt he time or not......i doubt it but might be worth a shot for some of you.

Let me get this straight, during the day when you do not have the light switch turned on to anything at all, the dash should not light up at all, even with the default white color? Mine is always lit with the white color (default) even when I have the light switch off, even during the middle of the day. It then changes to mycolor if I turn the switch on to something. Did something get wired wrong when they installed my gauges?

No it will be white if no lights are on, otherwise if you turn any lights on it will be your mycolor color.

I like knowing that I have mine set to "Powder Blue" ( before I just called it "I don't know, some kinda Light Blue....why you writing a book?" )

"Powder Blue" is just easier to say.

Thanks for the chart.

My fav so far is 2-2-4 "medium turqoise". Thanks for this cool color chart. I wish I could get the pinks to work, but they all look purplish in my car. Hope everyone lists their colors here.

My color is 1-1-5. Also the yellow didn't look yellow to me.

Nice post guys, when Ford finally finishes building my car, I will gladly play with the mycolor..pretty much the only reason I got the IUP.

You hit set up 2x, hold for 3 seconds as directed. Now you'll see the color and number combinations you're already set at. To change them you keep hitting reset to go from red to green to blue and stop on the color you want to change, next hit set up to change from 1 to 2, etc.
