MPH in Atlanta said "they work"
I bought them cause I got a real good price. Contemplating the install.

RE: Worst mod. you have done?
i think the worst mod i've done was the flowmaster axle backa muffler shop welded to my car to make a custom axle back. the axle back is fine. makes a nice rumble.
but this particular shop doesn't care about the customer's cars. they yanked off the stock axle back in such a way that a part of the bumper is no longer flush w/ the fender and they also left a scratch on my side skirt... i had that replaced though.
as for the part of the rear bumper that is no longer flush,i've triedtaking it off and reinstalling it (twice now), taking it to the dealership, and double sided tape. i'm even considering really strong super glue if it pops out again and becomes not flush, because whenever i pop it back in again sooner or later it pops back out.
should've just ordered one from online and put it on myself.

So far my JLT intake is a big regret, because it QUIETED the car and really hasn't done anything special. No increase in power, no sound from intake like I expected, and SLPs are way quieter. I loved their scary raspiness before. I don't blame the intake as much as I blame the new canned tune I had to install for the CAI. This is with stock predator tune.
Ordered from b@m@ yesterday. Perhaps after I install that tune I can update this response with "Opinion retracted!"

I should add my pypes violator axlebacks... Would not line up great and drone was so horrible I went and ordered the SLPs. Now no one will buy the violators! I hate buying 2 sets of things..

RE: Worst mod. you have done?
Any axleback. They are, for the most part, a total pain in the ***. Half don't fit right, half won't work right, and when you do finally get them on, they last all of 90 days or less. My Hookers started out great - now they're junk. Never again with axlebacks. I'm waiting for a good set of straight through mid-mufflers that work and sound like the Mustangs of old. If I've learned anything from all of this, it's that the trunk area on an S197 is absolutely the worst possible place to stick a set of mufflers.
